Agave Azul has authentic Mexican food. The food was good and so were the drinks. I had the chili Colorado, which was delicious, but the portion was a bit small. If it wasn't lunch, I probably would have been a bit unhappy. The salsa and chips were good as well as the service.

Delightful authentic Mexican cuisine. Tonight we had a variety of enchiladas. Love the hand painted booths and wood mural. Food was plentiful. Most places up north here are short staffed. Despite that, service was excellent as well. Hope to visit again very soon.

Best Mexican food north of Texas! Actually has some zip to it. Staff was accommodating and friendly but not overbearing. Also, colorful wooden murals and booths added to the experience. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Stopped in on way to UP. Nice American Mexican restaurant. Standard premixed margaritas on the Rocks or blended. Server was extremely good at her job.

What a pleasant surprise in the north woods! The Mexican decor is beautiful and really sets the atmosphere. The servers were friendly and efficient and the food was exceptional. We definitely plan on coming back!
